The shop has monthly launches where I curate and create pieces around a season or launch theme!
Each collection is small batch! That means there are between 6-30 of each item. This helps me reduce overstock and ensure that launches are one of kind.
The best way to stay in the loop on new collections is to join the email newsletter, follow along on Instagram, or watch my Tik Tok videos. I do regular announcements and posts there!
If an item is in huge demand I will always try and do a top up as soon as possible or at the next launch! I also want items to be special for a launch or season so I always suggest showing up to a launch night to grab the items you want.
You can sign up for stock updates in the product listing. You will then get emailed when that specific items comes back in.
Please email hello@highlandandhoney.com with your order number and new address details if you have made an error and I will try and assist in getting you parcel to the new address.
I suggest making another order if you've missed anything else you want to add. I am happy to refund shipping charges if you want to combine your orders from the same day. See below for more details.

Yes! You can access the 'Beehive' rewards program by clicking the pink button 'Rewards' on the H+H homepage.
It will set you up to earn points when you sign up, add points on your birthday, and when you shop with H+H. It is a great way to earn some money back if you shop small with H+H regularly.
Of course! You can get 15% off your first order and a free art printable when you sign up to the weekly newsletter.
I try and send 2-4 emails a month with special discounts, gift cards, printables, styling tips, and more. It is a great way to stay in touch and I try not to send too many emails. Pinky swear!

Return FAQ's
All orders ship from our studio in Glasgow, Scotland. Yes, that is the UK!
Some orders may ship in multiple packages due to size and weight. I will try to indicate this when possible.
All apparel and printed mugs ship direct from my local printer and I will indicate that on all products when you are purchasing. Please note these take an estimated 3-5 business days to ship out. Right now that is around 7-10 days during Autumn and Christmas periods.
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the order. You can add items to your cart to calculate the exact shipping cost.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.
Please make sure you address is correct at checkout. Should you make an error we are only able to make an edit before your order ships out.
Yes! I offer a range of shipping options at checkout.
If you added a tracked option please visit your shipping confirmation email for those details by clicking the 'Your Order' button! It the big pink one at the bottom of that email. This will pull up the tracking and order details.
All items typically ship within 1-7 business days. For launch nights I try and get orders out as fast as possible but please be aware that I get a large influx of orders so that may change and I announce updates on Instagram to keep you updated of any changes to the shipping schedule above!
Most orders are then shipped via Royal Mail, which takes approximately 1-5 days for UK delivery, 10-15 days for USA/International delivery and 5-10 days for EU delivery. Please note that these are estimates.
Please check the shipment confirmation e-mail that was sent when your order left the studio.
Allow the full processing time that is mentioned above before emailing us. I will ask you to wait the full estimated time in my reply and will only contact my postal partners if the item has gone past that estimated time. The postal service/depot runs on standard business days (Monday-Friday).
If your parcel is tracked please click into the tracking with the courier to check in on where the parcel is!

Yes! H+H ships to most countries. You will be able to check by going to checkout.
For overseas buyer, import duties, taxes and charges are not incuded in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Bee Box FAQ's
I stopped sending the Bee Box in 2019 because my shop was changing, adapting, and growing during the pandemic.
I got lots of requests last year to bring back the box! I took some time to think about what I wanted the box to look/feel like and have made some minor changes to how often it gets sent and how BIG/FABULOUS it is!
The Bee Box is a subscription Box for your home. Each box is filled with exclusive cushions, soft furnishings, home decor, stationery, seasonal pieces, and more. Each box is different and filled with H+H magic!
The box is sent each quarter. Those months are February, May, August, and November.
The boxes are all going to be different! Each one will have a general theme. For example, the February 2023 box is called Highland Magic.
They will generally be filled with soft furnishings, stationery, cushions, home decor, candles, and seasonal goodies.
Let's just say you are going to want to be subscribed when Autumn comes around!
There are a limited amount of box slots per quarter.
The box will open up for purchase for about four weeks each quarter so you can sign up for that seasons box or get the subscription!
By signing up for a rolling subscription you guarantee
a slot for all the yearly boxes.
The single box purchase is £49.99.
You can choose to get 10% off by subscribing to the box quarterly for £44.99.
Both boxes include free UK shipping when you get to checkout.

Choosing a single box means you do not have a reserved slot for any boxes in the next quarter.

Your first payment will charge when you sign up for the box.
The subscription will then be charged on the first of each month. That is the first of February, May, August, and November.
